At Bhatt Surgicals O&P, we are committed to delivering high-quality orthotic and prosthetic products. Due to the specialized and medical nature of our products, we encourage customers to carefully review this policy before placing an order.

Return Policy

As most of our products are medical devices and customized to customer requirements, returned products are generally not accepted.

Returns or replacements will only be considered if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The incorrect product has been delivered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Any return or replacement request must be submitted within 4 days of delivery along with clear photographs or an unboxing video for verification.

Requests received after the specified period may not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped or is under production (for customized products), it cannot be cancelled.

Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact us immediately after placing the order.

Replacement Conditions

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories, labels, and documentation must be returned.
  • The product must not show signs of misuse, alteration, or physical damage caused after delivery.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all replacement requests.

Replacement Process

Once the replacement request is approved:

  • If pickup service is available at your location, we will arrange the pickup.
  • If pickup service is unavailable, customers may be required to ship the product to our designated address.
  • After inspection and verification, an eligible replacement product will be dispatched.

Refund Policy

Bhatt Surgicals O&P does not offer refunds for products once sold.

Only eligible products meeting the replacement conditions may qualify for a replacement.

Important Information

  • Customized, special-order, or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they have a verified manufacturing defect.
  • Bhatt Surgicals O&P reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving any replacement.
  • Claims submitted without sufficient evidence, such as photographs or an unboxing video (where applicable), may be declined.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications are not covered under this policy.
